Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order. You can order as much or
as little as you require.

How will my products be delivered?
If you order is in stock then it will be dispatched the
following day. We use Royal Mail.

When does my account get debited?
Once your order has been accepted your account will be debited.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with non-delivery?
All quires should be directed to Samantha Bryce. You can ring
her or e-mail her with your problem. All deliveries are registered
and can be tracked.

Can I change my order once processed?
You can change your order until dispatched for delivery.

Can I return items if I am not satisfied?
Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned
within 7 days of order with proof of purchase.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes this is possible, however the Postage will be relevant
to the Country sent.

Is is safe to make payments with my credit / debit card?
We use PAYPAL. This is a safe and secure way of paying
for goods, however if you are unhappy to pay in this way
then payment can be made by cheque. Goods will not be
despatched until the cheque has cleared.
