Returns and Exchanges
Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned
(at customers expense) within 7 days of the order with proof of
purchase.

Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does
not affect your statutory rights.

Please despatch returned goods by traceable post, including proof of
purchase and reason for exchange or refund.

Please note, goods will be only considered for exchange or refund if
they are clean and dry and in an “as new” condition.

Delivery
All goods are subject to availability and provided that an item is in stock.
Goods should be delivered within 3-4 days of placing the order
(or clearance of your cheque). We will inform you should there be
any delays in despatching your order.

Please notify us of any goods that have been damaged in transit,
within 72 hours of receipt or no exchange will be considered.

Posting and Packaging
Postage and packaging is charged at £5.50 per order.

Postage is through our courier service or Parcel Force.
